Over the past two years, my commitment to fitness has reshaped my energy, focus, and overall well-being. I train at the gym four days a week, primarily focusing on weightlifting, and track my progress with the Strong app to stay on top of my goals. Recently, I've also added yoga and hand-balancing to my routine, enhancing both my strength and flexibility. My approach to nutrition is low-carb, fueling my body to perform at its best though I make room for the occasional pizza 🍕 and pasta 🍝, my favorite treats!
